Focusing on the will to power and reach the superman, Nietzsche's moral thought despises any system based on human humiliation, and introduces Christianity for promoting the morality of slavery, as the morality of the weak, which its emphasis on the original sin and inherent pollution of man kills the spirit of will and power and self-esteem in people. Applying a phenomenological method, this research has tried to find the Islamic teachings which drew Nietzsche's attention and to explore the consistency of his intellectual system with those teachings. According to him, Islam is a religion that recognizes the passion, will, selectivity, and authenticity of man and has an honest understanding of human nature, and a positive and realistic view of the world that is in line with Nietzsche's philosophy and especially the idea of the will to power. Moreover, the theory of perspectivism has contributed to a pluralistic understanding of religions, and the adaptation of some Islamic teachings to parts of his philosophical apparatus has provided him with a positive view of Islam. Paying attention to the realm of the heart and emotion in the mystical wisdom of Islam has also been consistent with its principles in the critique of modern reason.

Nietzsche points out that these are the outputs of metaphysical theological thinking and that the ultimate outcome of these worldviews is despair, hopelessness and disappointment which results in nihilism. The history of Western thought, as Nietzsche believes, has been full of hostility and hatred towards life as if life is the enemy of thinking, and human salvation requires disengaging oneself from life. Nietzschean affirmation as the alternative of Western thought has a smiling face which is a key component of his thinking. This point of view is rooted in life affirmation, desire towards life and the joyful wisdom. This joyfulness is due to the self-command and the pleasure of will to power and the privilege of having the maximum power which is realized in Nietzsche’s Übermensch. Übermensch reconciles with the past, affirms the present, constructs the future through the bridge of affirmation, and realizes all entities, the self, his fate and predestination through eagerness towards eternal return. Health in Nietzsche’s view is a kind of joyful living, in contrast to metaphysical thinking syndrome, and its full form is realized in the burst of powers and smile figure, which means smiling to life, to the time and place, and this is a Dionysian smile.

A prominent concept in the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche is “will to power” which is proposed as an alternative against metaphysical thinking. Nietzsche’s thought is a new interpretation of the modern human’s social and individual life. Nietzsche criticized metaphysical thinking tradition as it ends up in nihilism. The very criticism in its final analysis has resulted in the emergence of new interpretations of the concepts “knowledge” and “truth”. Nietzsche goes back to the ancient Greek thought and regards knowledge as imposing the will to power upon reality. Truth is not then a fixed absolute idea, but is regarded as a productive, plural entity that can be used as a useful mythology with a regulative function for meeting human needs. Will to power as the artist overcomes nihilism through a return to the nature, self-command and his creativity power and shapes the constitutive elements of life and says yes to it. As to this meaning, truth is not anything but the will to power. Some thinkers like Martin Heidegger believe that Nietzsche intends to go beyond the metaphysics and systematic thinking but brings metaphysics to its zenith with his extreme subjectivism. According to this view, Nietzsche provides a systematic thought with his will to power, eternal return and reassessment of values, and his radical criticisms are true about himself in the first place and ultimately challenge his own ideas.
