چکیده
زیست‌سیاست منظومه‌ای از راهبردهاست که برای تنظیم جمعیت‌های انسانی، شیوۀ زیست افراد و مدیریت تنانگیشان انجام می‌گیرد. زیست‌سیاست، درحقیقت، پیکره‌ای از دانش/قدرت است که با استفاده از سازوکارهای علوم زیست‌شناختی، در جهت پرورش یا پژمردن زندگی انسان‌ها در جامعه گام برمی‌دارد. این میان‌رشته در مفهوم امروزی آن توسط اندیشمندانی نظیر فوکو، آگامبن و اسپوزیتو مطرح شد. بااین‌حال، هانا آرنت، پیش‌ازاین مفاهیم بنیادین آن را در اندیشه‌های سیاسی خود، بدون ذکر این اصطلاح، طرح‌اندازی کرده بود. او نه‌تنها با کالبدشکافی تمامیت‌خواهی سویۀ مرگ‌باور زیست‌سیاست را تشریح کرد بلکه با تدوین گونه‌های فعالیت انسانی و بازتعریف مفهوم زادگی، استعداد انسان در حرکت به‌سوی زیست‌سیاست زندگی‌باور را نیز سنجید؛ ازاین‌رو، اخیراً به رویکرد آرنت دربارۀ مفاهیم بنیادین زیست‌سیاست توجه بسیار شده است؛ به‌همین‌دلیل، در این مقاله دوسویۀ مرگ‌باور و زندگی‌باور زیست‌سیاست آرنتی با تمرکز بر سه مفهوم زوئه، بایوس و زادگی و تناظر آن‌ها با سه گونۀ فعالیت انسان، «زحمت»، «کار» و «کنش» تبیین می‌گردد. همچنین، دیدگاه‌های نظریه‌پردازان دربارۀ مفهوم زادگی، به‌عنوان هستۀ مرکزی زیست‌سیاست زندگی‌باور آرنت بررسی و رویکرد هستی‌شناختی او به مفهوم زادگی، به‌خصوص در ارتباط با فلسفۀ وجودی مارتین هایدگر و سنت آگوستین تشریح می‌شود؛ درحقیقت، در این مقاله تلاش می‌شود صورت‌بندی جدیدی از هستی‌شناسی آرنت دربارۀ زیست‌سیاست ارائه گردد.
